Canada Cartage Recognized Again as a Top Fleet Employer

Toronto, ON – Canada Cartage was selected as a 2019 Top Fleet Employer for the fourth time in a row in the sixth annual Top Fleet Employers program by Trucking HR Canada.

Fleets of every size were rated on topics including recruitment and retention practices, workplace culture, compensation, training and skills development, and innovative HR practices. Related reviews included a comprehensive online application, hard-copy submissions, employee surveys and follow-up interviews.

Recipients included a mixture of for-hire and private fleets from across Canada.

Top Fleet Employers selection criteria, which has been validated by trucking industry experts, is reviewed annually to ensure an accurate reflection of human resources issues, trends, and today’s working environments. A team of human resources professionals oversee the assessment process.
